在我們店鋪 UkeHK 購買的Ukulele都會經過以下 3 重程序才交給我們的客戶，而且會享有6個月的有限制保養服務。讓我們每位客戶到手的Ukulele都在最好狀態又好彈的。
檢查
檢查主要是確認Ukulele有沒有外觀上的瑕疵、琴頸彎曲、音準等嚴重問題。
調整弦距
調整弦距很多人說我的Ukulele很難按，要用很大力度才可以按好，一般的問題就是弦距太高。
弦距就是弦線與品絲(Fret)的距離，可以分未上下，就是第1格及第12格Fret與弦線的距離。對初學者來說上弦距是特別重要，因為初學者主要在1到5格之間移動。一般Ukulele出廠時弦距都會比較高，主要原因是避免打品、痴fret，但就會另Ukulele不好彈。 對中階或指彈的琴友，上下弦距都需要調整到合適高度及配合自己的彈奏風格。
清潔
清潔所有Ukulele都是經過大量的人手工序生產的，而且木製品都很受天氣影響。所有我們都會按需要為Ukulele的指板、琴橋擦上指板油、清理品絲、拋光等。
顧客由購買日起半年內，夏威夷小結他／結他出現品質故障，經本中心維修人員證實該樂器故障原因屬正常使用下發生或原生問題，將提供免費保修服務，惟所有更換之零件均會歸屬本中心所有。
在下列情況下，本中心將拒絕提供免費保修服務，但仍會提供維修服務，並按情況收取相關零件及人工費：
- 樂器因被錯誤操作，疏忽使用或因不可抗因素（如：天氣濕度等）而導致損壞；
- 樂器曾被本中心以外的公司／人員維修；
- 無法提供單據證明，或購買日期超出保養期。
- 單據所記載之內容與該需維修之樂器不符；
- 單據內容經塗改，或模糊不清而無法辨認。
本中心提供之免費保養服務並不包括樂器附件產品，及其他裝飾物等項目。
保修服務不包括運輸費用和不提供上門服務。
- Ukulele 或 木結他檢查費用 $50
- Ukulele 或 木結他換弦費用 $40-$80
- Ukulele 弦高調整 (Setup) $200 、Ukulele 帶拾音器(Setup with pickup) $350: 包括調整上、下弦枕，一般Ukulele或木結他出廠後一般都弦距都較高，影響彈奏的舒適度。
- 加背帶扣每顆 (Strap Button Installation) $60 (包含背帶扣）
- 更換弦鈕 (Tuning Gear Replacement) $200-$1000 (價格需按不同的弦鈕)
- 換上或下弦枕 (Nut or Saddle Replacement) $200
- 換骨或木弦釘 (Bridge Pins Replacement) $150 (including materials)
- 琴橋鬆脫重新接合 (Re-glue Bridge) $300
- 修復裂痕或面板分離 (Crack and/or Re-glue) $500
* 實際維修費需依維修師檢查時為準
